Diane Sibilant is a NSW-registered psychologist who has been practising since 2009. She has over a decade of experience working in private practice and provides evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment for a range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, stress-related concerns, mood disorders (including post-natal depression), adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, anger management, and family and relationship issues.

Diane is also a WorkCover-approved psychologist and has extensive experience working with injured workers in compensation settings. She takes a supportive, practical, and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on helping clients regain confidence, build resilience, and return to work safely and sustainably.

In addition, Diane is a registered Work Development Order (WDO) Provider, a NSW Government initiative that allows eligible individuals to reduce outstanding fines through engagement in counselling services.

Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, being outdoors, and making the most of life by the beach — values that reflect her belief in balance, connection, and wellbeing.
